Quang Ba flower market (in Tay Ho district) is open every day from very early, ca. 1-2 am until the morning, it is considered the wholesale market in Hanoi, where widest variety of flowers are bought and sold. These flowers in the morning are regarded as the most beautiful and freshest of all.
